Beginner Hatha Yoga
This is a slower paced class that is great for those new to yoga practice to learn the fundamentals of breathwork as well as basic postures and sequencing. The intention behind Hatha yoga practice is to improve body awareness to find balance between the physical and emotional, utilizing the breath to relax the nervous system, thus relaxing the muscles and improving mobility.

Mixed Level Yoga
This beginner - intermediate mixed class is ideal for those familiar with basic postures and sequences of a Hatha practice. The intention for this class is to connect the physical and emotional body through breath, coordination, core stability, and stamina in both static postures and dynamic sequences.

Conditioning Class
This is a class that focuses on improving mobility, stability, and strength throughout the entire body, with a strong emphasis on core control. All movement stems from the core, and this class will explore how improved core function can affect the rest of the body through low-impact static and dynamic exercises.
